Shipping and Tracking
Orders are shipped within the United States via USPS First Class or Priority, depending on weight. Your items will arrive to you within 3-4 business days.
We are currently not able to ship internationally but stay tuned!
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping email with a tracking number so you can follow along as it makes its way to you.
Is the item you want sold out? Email us at email@example.com and we will have your product made and shipped to you. This process takes about 6 weeks.
Return / Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us before mailing products back at firstname.lastname@example.org. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are nonrefundable and a return shipping fee may apply. Returns/exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the date on which your order was placed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for us to process your return or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for the cost of the product plus taxes. If the order was a gift, the recipient will receive store credit for the return. Unless your order arrived damaged, shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
We work hard to ensure that your Hazlo product arrives happily in your hands. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please report this to us within 10 business days of receipt of the package. Please do not ship damaged products back to us before reaching out. A refund will be issued to your account or you will be shipped replacement item(s) as soon as possible.
To cancel an order, please contact us. If your order has not yet shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has already shipped, we cannot accommodate a cancellation and the item will need to be returned.
If you purchased on of our products from one of our retailers, please go through that retailer to orchestrate a return or exchange.
Because the sale of our products directly affects our precious makers in Guatemala, we cannot accept returns outside of the 14 day window.
At Hazlo, we respect your privacy, and we are committed to safeguarding the information you share with us.
We will never share customer information (including e-mail addresses) for purposes not directly associated with Hazlo’s business operations. We may disclose information when you tell us to do so, to identify or contact you, to protect your rights or the rights of Hazlo or as otherwise required or permitted by law.
We only collect information you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you use our website, contact us via email or call us on the phone. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, zip code, billing address, shipping address, phone number, payment card information, product preferences, demographic information and any other information you choose to provide.
We may also collect information you provide about others, such as when you purchase products to be shipped as a gift to someone else. We will use this information to fulfill your requests and will never send marketing communications to those individuals unless they separately opt in to receive updates from us.
